1. Cushion the person's head with soft folded clothing.\n2. Clear surrounding area of hard or sharp objects.\n3. Time the duration of the seizure.

1. Do not restrain the person or hold them down.\n2. Do not put anything inside the person's mouth.
When to Seek Immediate Clinical Help
Call emergency team if seizure lasts longer than 5 minutes or second seizure occurs immediately.
